Setup guide

Start small. Make it repeatable.

This example is a simple starting structure. Adapt it to your task and check the result yourself.

  1. Choose one repeatable task.

Pick a small task you already understand, such as turning your own meeting notes into a to-do list. Write down what a good result looks like.

  2. Prepare a safe example.

Use invented or non-sensitive information for your first attempt. Gather only the context the task actually needs.

  3. Write down the input and output.

Tell the AI tool what you are providing, what it should produce, and any constraints. Keep the first version simple.

  4. Review, adjust, and save.

Compare the output with your original notes. Correct mistakes, refine your instructions, and save the prompt only when the result is useful.
